Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT).
Availability: Available for project inquiries and communication during business hours. Weekend work may be arranged upon request with prior notice.
Response Time: Expect a response to emails and messages within 24 hours during business days. Urgent requests may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Payment Terms
Payment Structure: Payments are made based on project milestones, with an initial deposit of 30-50% required to begin work. The balance is due upon completion, prior to the final delivery.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via PayPal.
Rates: Rates are based on the project type, complexity, and duration. An estimate will be provided after an initial consultation and discussion of project scope.
Late Fees: A late fee of 5% per week will be applied for overdue payments, starting 7 days after the due date.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued in accordance with the work completed. If the project is canceled midway, the deposit may not be refundable based on the amount of work completed.
Preferred Communication Style
Primary Communication Channels: Email is preferred for formal communication, project updates, and delivery of final files. Instant messaging platforms ( Facebook, X, Discord ) may be used for quicker updates and casual discussions.
