Standard payment terms are as follows:

Project value below US$2,000:
- 15% Deposit on award of Project
- 10% On SRS and Layout Approval
- 20% on Completion of 50% of work
- 30% on Beta Version Release
- 25% on Final Version Release

Project value above US$2,000:

- 15% deposit on award of Project
- 10% on approval of SRS, design and flows
- 20% on Completion of 50% of Work
- 30% on Beta Version Release
- 25% on Final Version Release

1.Payment terms however are subject to negotiation. We shall sign a standard NDA on request.

2.No source code would be release on live server before 100% payment is received from the client end.
