Hours of Operation:

I am available via email from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (South African Time), Monday through Friday. I strive to respond to all inquiries promptly during these hours to ensure smooth and efficient communication.

Payment Terms:

Payments are accepted via PayPal. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For ongoing or larger projects, customized payment plans can be arranged to suit both parties.

Preferred Communication Style:

I prefer to communicate primarily via email for clear documentation and tracking of all details. However, if needed, I am also available for video calls or instant messaging during business hours for more immediate conversations or clarifications. I believe in maintaining transparency and staying aligned with my clients throughout the creative process.
