I have 7 years of experience in the areas of business analysis, data analysis, and analytics and reporting. Over the years I have moved from Junior to Senior and most recently to Lead Analyst roles.
In terms of my skills, I have extensive experience with Microsoft Products with an emphasis on Excel, Access, and Power BI. I've used these tools consistently across the positions that I have held to perform data analysis and manipulation, maintain and store data, and to create analytics and report dashboards among many other things. In addition, I have consistently used Microsoft SharePoint to collaborate within and among multiple teams. This has entailed the design and building of SharePoint site collections, formatting pages, setting up lists, establishing workflows and permissions, and more.
Within Corporate America I have worked as a Lead Business Analyst and Project Manager, both participating in and managing entire project teams giving me experience with application development, testing of applications, developing reports and analytical dashboards for leadership, and much more.
As a contractor with the DoD, specifically the United States Air Force, I gained experience in data management as well as leading teams of business analysts. More specifically, I have designed Microsoft Access Databases to serve as Data Management and Testing tools allowing for data requirements to be documented and data profiling performed for a new HR & Finance system the Air Force was working towards.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation: M-F 7 to 10pm CST; Sa & Su 4 - 8pm
Communication: I prefer written communication due to the hours that I am available work and for the purpose of documenting interactions. I am available to Skype or FaceTime if necessary. If a meeting is needed during normal work hours , it is possible to plan this at least one week advance.
