As an experienced L&D professional with a proven track record, I specialize in creating impactful e-learning solutions and comprehensive training programs. * Leadership Philosophy: I believe there is no such thing as "one-size-size-fits-all" leadership training. Leadership development is only as successful as it is personally applicable. That said, I have scalable programs that can apply to any industry by focusing on the true differentiators of leadership - emotional intelligence, trust, behavioral analysis, relationship building, and relationship management.
* Design Philosophy: I design content in a way that is engaging and includes variance to stimulate attention. Anything we learn is only as good as what we remember - and what makes something memorable is how it's delivered.
* Key technical skills: Instructional Design software (Articulate, Adobe, dominKnow, Camtasia, Canva, etc.), Behavioral Analysis (MBTI, Wethos/ Teamsight, TRACOM/ Social Styles, etc.), LMS systems (Docebo, Absorb, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.), Macap, Git, Sharepoint, Workday, Google, Apple, and Microsoft software suites.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Flexible hours to fit client needs. Traditionally available seven days a week, 930a-430p eastern time. Weekend and evening work available upon request for urgent projects.
Payment Terms:
Utilize Guru's SafePay for secure transactions. Invoices are submitted upon completion of milestones or project phases as per specific client agreements. Funds are released from SafePay upon client approval.
Preferred Communication Style:
Open to communication through myriad means, including (but not limited to) Guru's messaging system, Microsoft Teams, or video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Regular updates and progress reports are provided weekly, with a preference for collaborative and transparent communication.
