I have 15+ years experience in commercial software development
as programmer, technical lead and system architect.

I know how to create working apps.
I have strong practical background in full stack Web development, especially for mapping applications.

The last 5 years, I use the following tools and libs:

- Python: qgis-plugins, shapely, fiona, rasterio, flask, numpy, pykka, gevent, tkinter
- JavaScript: Leaflet.js, d3.js, Nodejs, Ringojs, Angular.js, Mapbox API
- Tools: PostGIS, SQLite, QGIS, GDAL, OGR, Tomcat, Anaconda
