I am Pfarelo Ramathuthu, I’m in possession of 2 years’ diploma in IT Technical Support, with more than 5 years working experience from different institute. I am hard worker, passionate, consistent and disciplined. I was working at Netflow IT Solutions as Support Desk Technician. I provided technical support to clients of KFC Restaurant. I have knowledge, skills and experience of computer operating systems, networking, IT Helpdesk, hardware and software.
I am a very committed worker, I love challenges and I have the will to succeed. I am a motivated person and I have the ability to learn fast which will facilitate the training period. I want to advance my career and experience in a position that allows me to grow as person and employee.
I can work under a lot of pressure and I am amazing problem solver. I am persistence person and I don’t give up very easily. I can able to work with little or no supervision, willing to learn new things.
I can be too committed to my work and don’t spend enough time with other social activities. I care too much about my job and I prioritize my responsibility, so I clear my idea of what is needed to be done. That helps me to effectively manage pressure.
My long-term goals involve growing in a company where I can continue to learn and contribute as much of value as I can once I gain additional experience. I would like to see myself on an IT expert.

Work Terms

I'm flexible for working hours. In regards of payment I will prefer fortnight on the bank account but even monthly payment is fine with me. In terms of communication I prefer emails and WhatsApp for normal incidents but for high priority I prefer voice calls or video calls.
