My wife and I are blessed to be born-and-raised in the incredible state of Arizona and Gilbert is where we call home. My beautiful wife of 10+ years and I met right after high school. We have 2 beautiful children who are the most incredible kids. We spend our free time volunteering together in leadership roles at our local church, we enjoy family “Movie Night” once a week at home, and try to be outside as much as possible - yes even in Summer.
Developing, understanding, analyzing, and solving ares for growth with the 3 P’s (4 P's if you’re a fan of Marcus Lemonis). People, Product, and Process are my world! Developing and optimizing employee engagement to have Happy, Healthy, and Trusting employees is a great indicator of how many of my clients are positioned for the next season. I have often found that the solution isn’t always about incentive - it’s about trust and value. Getting time to be with owners and teams to personally build relationships is essential to what I do and it’s what brings about the best solutions. I tactfully develop a plan that is inclusive and specific to what it’s going to take to achieve your success.
A common topic of conversation with colleagues and clients is centered on being stuck. Talking about conditions in their control and times where it’s perceived to have no control at all, but they all have one thing in common - a lack of vision, direction, trust, and/or value. I believe every situation has a solution just waiting to be uncovered. I love to build a well-thought implementation/growth plan that brings a resolution to the need and the desired success!
