I am a graduate in Business Administration/Management. My working experience has spanned over 7 years in the Banking industry. I have worked in various departments such as marketing, internal control & compliance, operations, management level, and customer service unity. My experience has been nothing short of fulfilling. Fulfilling because I am able to give customer satisfaction at the end of every challenging problem, increased the overall customer base of the bank, reduce the bank's PAR by 80%, and moved the branch to a profit level.
My greatest value as a person is empathy. I am good at being able to put myself in the position of the customer, understand their requests, and complaints, and take responsibility for providing solutions. I enjoyed working as a customer service happiness because I love providing solutions to problems. It gives me joy when a client, friend, or family problem is solved by me. I love the excitement that comes with it. I give my time to those and what I love.
