Work Terms
Payment Terms: For new websites and website redesigns, I offer flat-fee pricing. For website maintenance (e.g. minor style or content changes), then I'm happy to quote you a price based on my hourly rate.
Preferred Communication Style: I like to set up a quick phone / Skype call at the beginning of each project to make sure that I clearly understand your project requirements. Once I begin the design process, we'll mostly communicate via email and Google docs so that everything's documented, clear, and hassle-free.
