“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” - Vince Lombardi
A former engineer, steelworker, and telecommunications professional, I began analyzing and writing about emerging technology at the start of the "so called" Web 2.0 era. Testing and writing about search engines, social platforms, tech devices, and more gained me some notoriety. This, in turn, led to me forming a public relations firm, the most successful boutique firm in Europe, with my wife Mihaela.
Public relations work led us both into effective press release writing, social and traditional media outreach and managing and editing content, etc. We helped develop some of the most interesting technology startups ever, including Stay.com, which was TIME magazine's top travel website for 2010.
Eventually, we published Everything PR News, where we covered all the top events of that industry and interviewed almost all of the key CEOs of the most prominent public relations industry, including Richard Edelman, Michael Kempner, Kathy Bloomgarten, and many more.
I've appeared in the media on CBC, RT, Prague Post, Daily Beast, Pravda, Greek Reporter, Russia 1, and write for dozens of media outlets worldwide. My book "Putin's Praetorians" was on the Amazon Bestseller list for some time. I also write analyses for several geopolitical journals.
As editor-in-chief of Argophilia Travel News, I've reported in more than 4,500 posts about Greece tourism and other travel-related subjects. For a time, I was also the editor-in-chief of Search Engine Journal, one of the world's most-read SEO news and help sites.
Work Terms
I write almost 24-7. Weekends are not a problem. I seldom miss a deadline, but if I do, the client knows about it far in advance. My work is guaranteed to meet the client's expectations, and I allow for up to three edit/revision sessions if need be. On some bigger or more complex projects, I require a deposit at the start of work, with the remainder on successful completion. On shorter projects, pay on completion is fine.
