I'm working at TV broadcast technology company. I have the skills for video editor: Capcut, Adobe Premiere. I had edited some videos: Tiktok; YouTube; Piano mini show. I had done some Projects in Telecom Engineering and Computer Science with MATLAB and PYTHON.

Phong Nguyen received the B.E. degree in Telecom Engineering from University of Transport and communications – Campus 2 (UTC2) in 2006, the degree of bachelor of BBA from the University of Economics HCMC (UEH) in 2012, and Master of Telecom from HCMC Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), Vietnam in 2014. From Aug 2016, he has been working toward the PhD. degree in Faculty of Telecommunications, Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology (HCMUT).

From July 2006 to June 2012, he worked at Wireless Access Network Section in CDMA Mobile Phone Center (S-Fone Mobile, a co-operation Project of SPT Vietnam and SK Telecom Korea). From July 2012 to July 2024, he worked at Applied Research Dept. in Broadcast Research and Application Center (BRAC), Vietnam Television (VTV) and Broadcast Technology Section of Information and Television Technology Center - VTV. Since August 2024, he is working at R&D Section of Cable TV Technology Company Ltd.

His research interests in Mobile Access Network of 3G CDMA, Radio network optimization, wireless Two-way network, Full-Duplex transmission, RF Energy Harvesting, 5G mmWave Radio planning; and Radio Broadcast technology as: TV White Space Cognitive Radio, Audio loudness normalization with EBU R.128 and ITU-R.1770 Standard, Video Subtitles based on Speech-to-Text, 5G Remote Production, DVB-T2/C2/S2 network, MPEG-H 3D audio/HEVC codec, IP based video Production, 4K UHD.
