My name's Phong. I have 7 years of experience in web development. My best skills are with PHP (CodeIgniter and Wordpress), MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, ReactJS). I'm also good at UI, UX design. It helps my work always look professional.

The work process is:
1. We clarify the specs of the project.
2. You create a milestone of 50% payment.
3. I finish a half of the project and show it to you, you check it, if it has bugs, I'll fix them. When it's okay you release the first milestone.
4. You create the next milestone of 50%. When the project is finished, you release the last milestone, I send you the files. And we're done.
