I am Pilipina M. Lunca a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing since I passed the Nurse Licensure Examination in 2009. In 2010 I worked as a staff nurse in Philippine National Red Cross. In 2011-2013, I was hired as an emergency room nurse in a hospital where we care for patients who needs urgent management and help those who have suffered potentially life-threatening traumas. Our responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining patient care records, and providing patients with knowledge for self-care at discharge. We also provide initial assessment and safe care to stabilize patients in a fast-pace trauma center. We act as the advocate of the patients to give them the high quality nursing care.
In 2014, I worked as an Emergency Room Nurse in Saudi Arabia. My knowledge and skills as an ER nurse has been enhanced because our job requires multitasking skills to perform our responsibilities based on patient’s conditions while maintaining confidence in critical situations. We also need to constantly communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care was given to patients in a timely manner. We need to possess a very effective communication skills we serve as member of interdisciplinary healthcare teams in providing critical care and performing life-saving interventions.
While working as an emergency room nurse I also worked as a customer satisfaction specialist specifically email support where we skillfully address inquiries via email and chat providing answers to our clients that are quick and easy to understand while accurately documenting costumer issues and providing first class service with every interaction in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
In 2018 up to present, I am working as a Dental Assistant in Saudi Arabia where we do surgical and non-surgical management to give quality dental care for the patients. We assist doctors in every procedure needed by the patient and give health teachings to the patie

I have a strong computer skills in a Windows-based environment specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and is knowledgeable in e-commerce. I can also speak basic Arabic Language. I have a regular access to high speed internet and also have backups both internet and power supply. I can work 7 days 30-50 hours a week.
