Dealers of polymeric products for general manufacturing.
I looked after the products selection of the company by investigating the business feasibility- involving getting in touch directly with any potential candidate. I would then follow with a sales plan by cold-calling, attending exhibitions, and visiting prospectives.
I have learnt:
- how to find solutions quickly based on few information only
- how to conclude a sale
- that everything I do had to be with quality. Details are important.

2016- present, Elmira Industrial Supplies ug.
General manager.
This is the German branch of Elmira limited. The company follows directly a products-group of polymers used in thermal insulation technology. I personally look after and manage areas such as: business planning, sales, accounts management, technical support, finance accountancy and administration, heads recruiting, chain supplies and logistics. In few months I have set up a presence between Europe and Asia backed up by an outsourced manufacturing plant in India and a Distribution Network between Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Baltics, Western Europe and Turkey.
Everyday I learn something new about how things work - sometimes on my skin- in each of the areas mentioned above. It is difficult as it requires a good deal of skills and sensitivity, but it is extremely rewarding.

Self-Employed in Business Development and Administration.
As I think that facing new challenges is super-stimulating and can help to improve my skills and enrich my experience, then I would like to start using those extra 2-3hours of my time daily to dedicate to others' activities.
