Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Available to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST). Open to flexible hours if required by the project.
Payment Terms:
All payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system to protect both parties. For project-based work, I request a 50% payment before starting the project, with the remaining 50% due upon final completion and approval. For larger projects with multiple milestones, payments can be structured per milestone as agreed. For long-term or retainer projects, invoicing is handled bi-weekly or monthly, based on prior arrangements.
Preferred Communication Style:
Clear and timely communication is essential for project success. I am available via Guru messages, or Zoom. Weekly or bi-weekly update meetings can be scheduled to review progress, address any concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals. Written communication is preferred for project details to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Revisions & Refund Policy:
I am committed to providing high-quality work and include up to two rounds of revisions per milestone to ensure satisfaction. However, please note that I do not offer refunds. All work terms, milestones, and deliverables are carefully defined upfront to ensure clear expectations.
