Troy solved what seemed to me a very complex problem very rapidly (24 hours). I was amazed and pleased. His hourly rate was competitive, although I believe that he spent more time than was billed because he gave a 5 hour estimate and kept his word and did not ask for an adjustment. We will be talking soon about other projects. I was impressed at his wide variety of skills: javascript, google maps, css, xml, html and who knows what other tricks he placed in the program he developed for me. I can only hope that this glowing recommendation will not innundate him with other requests which will compete with additional work I have for him.

Troy is a very confident programmer. He actually fixed a buggy program that I thought needed it's GD Library upgraded over a few emails. At first he and all the other programmers bidding thought that they would have to go into my server and upgrade it, but Troy took the time to study the problem, (before being awarded the job) and he found a small indescrepancy in the program itself. He emailed me the fix and said: "If this fixes it then we're good." It did and I was thrilled. Only a few emails and a tiny cut and paste of code and boom. Well I asked if I could pay him something and the base $25 of Guru was all he would accept. This guy is exceptional.

Troy is hard working, great at following plans, AND has delivered projects ON TIME (actually ahead of time in some cases). He has also been easy to reach when needed and has excellent communication skills.
