Polished Content = Engaged Audience
With over 10 years of experience in Course Content Development, I can design a course, create materials and strategise delivery in a way that would engage your learners. I have been involved in course content development for several industries including ESL, Literacy & Numeracy, Software Systems and Clinical & Aged Care.
Being involved in educational contents has given me a keen eye in creating, editing and proofreading any document. Being in the area of Education has given me the opportunity to read a lot of academic journals, students essays, and research papers in various topics.
Moreover, owning a business in the education industry has allowed me to learn a lot about resume and cover letter writing that would catch the employer's eyes. These documents are very important considering they are the initial point of contact with your dream job.
I have edited and proofread many essays, research papers and resumes during the tenure of my studies, and I am glad to have helped those people shine themselves out in their documents. I am a quick learner and always eager to take up new projects and challenges.

I would prefer using the SafePay Escrow system when I am working with an employer for the first time. However, after building a credible relationship, I don't mind switching to SafePay Invoicing as long as both parties can maintain the trust.
Communication:
nline throughout the day, and would prefer communication through the Private DB messaging. Not only it maintains the professional relationship, but we can also keep record of our communication.

I am usually available for 4-5 hours everyday, in the afternoon at 1-5PM Melbourne time.
Feedback:
I would appreciate honest feedback from employers when the projects are completed. Doing so, I also assure you that I will give an honest feedback too.
Code of Ethics:
To maintain a credible and professional relationship, expectations from both parties need to be listed out before starting the project. Project communication should be able to list out clear requirements, so no confusion is created. As
