About Positive Business Consulting

As a business consultant, I simply help business owners or individuals to make his or her business operate better. I can be hired to assist with the development of business plans and identifying funding, identify a business problem, find solutions, legal document creation, implement new policies or operating processes, and life coaching. I can also help with small administrative projects to assist with the daily needs of the business during periods of change. In addition to consulting services and project management, I am available for smaller projects that include but are not limited to, general administrative duties, office organization, contract negotiation, commercial real estate, and more.

As a business consultant, I provide detailed communication with principles or managers while I analyze day-to-day business operations. After gathering and analyzing information, I may recommend detailed solutions, such as developing training programs, creating an employee handbook, creating new reporting systems, purchasing new equipment or hardware and software, or changing workplace layout. I might even recommend additional experts to assist like attorneys, accountants and brokers.

My background consists of over ten years of experience in a variety of industries throughout the bay area with project management and consulting for business owners or individuals, that include but is not limited to corporations, non-profits, construction firms, government entities, commercial real estate property management firms, and retailers. This has exposed me to a diverse amount of problem solving and coordinating projects with multiple parties in the field, enabling me to help understand the needs of almost any industry environment.

In addition, I hold an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Management in order to enhance my understanding of legal documentation and government entities.

I really have done everything for my clients. I am not afraid to file, set up new software, supervise construction, create new company goals, and anything needed to make my clients life easier.

Each job is set up specifically for the business owner’s needs and goals. This is decided and established after the initial meeting and then adjusted as needed. Communication is the key!
