I am working as Quantity Estimator from last 10 years. I am also working as Freelancer.
4 months training for Insulation and waterproofing in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
Both “Blue Beam and on screen take off software” experience.

Waterproofing above grade:
Exterior Sheathing backup wall: Air and vapor barrier, Dam proofing.
Exterior Material finish: Masonry, Stucco, Stone, Tiles, Fiber cement board, Metal Panel, EIFS.
Exterior building Sealant: Masonry EJ’s and CJ’s, dissimilar material joints, EJ assemblies.
Aluminum Frame sealant, Site Sealants, Security sealant, Water repellent, concrete sealer, Hot applied WP –at planter, courtyard, Deck coating pedestrian —waterproofing at balconies
Deck coating vehicular – at parking garages, loading dock.
Waterproofing below grade:
Sheet membrane waterproofing at below grade foundation walls, Bentonite waterproofing at Mat slab, Crystalline WP, Pre- applied WP, Fluid applied WP.
Insulation:
Thermal Batt Insulation: at Exterior stud walls.
Acoustical Batt Insulation: at interior partition type.
Batt insulation at ceiling, Batt insulation at wood floors, Batt insulation at Attic.
Slab edge Fire stop and curtain wall insulation (Spandrel panel insulation).
Spray Foam and Spray Insulation at walls and slab at crawl space and at occupied space.
Fire stopping and Caulking joints at top and bottom of CMU and drywall interior partition walls.
