Work Terms

1. Service Scope:
Comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting
Financial statement preparation and analysis
Tax planning and filing
Payroll management
Budgeting and forecasting

2. Client Responsibilities:
Provide all necessary financial documents and information in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy of provided financial data
Collaborate on setting goals and timelines

3. Payment Terms:
Hourly rate: $ 30 or ₹ 2,520/-
Fixed rate per project: min ₹ 5000/-
Invoices to be issued bi-weekly/monthly
Payment due within 15 days of invoice date

4. Confidentiality:
All client information and financial data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent

5. Communication:
Regular updates to be provided via email, phone, or virtual meetings
Response to queries within 24-48 hours

6. Revisions and Amendments:
Revisions to work will be made as per client feedback
Major amendments may incur additional charges

7. Termination:
Either party can terminate the contract with a 15 days notice in writing
Payment for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled in full

8. Liability:
Services provided are based on the accuracy of client-provided information
