Work Terms
Commercials: I generally work on the following models.
Hourly Rate: This is for some specific requirements/issues, where the number of hours required is less and fairly certain. Rates are between $30-40/hour depending on the complexity of the work.
Project-based: A one time fixed fee to get the pre-decided tasks done.
Monthly retainer: This is where I work as an aid to your current team or a remote AdOps guy, for a monthly fee. I would block 4 to 8 hours every day in your timezone to work on anything assigned to me. This is an economical option than the above two.
