My top skills is using Microsoft Office. The tools of Microsoft Office that are known are Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook. I am able to create power point slides and present in front of an audience. I know the use of designing slides such as using animation and background. I know the use of word by having a typing speed of 45+ words per min. My knowledge about Microsoft word which is important is double spacing the writing all times and adjusting the paragraph by clicking on the paragraph tool so the writing looks professional. The use of Publisher is a great tool to make brochures, fliers and business cards it is good and effective for graphic designing I am willingly able to help the company make business cards, brochures and fliers using publisher. The use of Excel is an excellent resource for making spreadsheets. I am able to use the function bar and put in data on the spreadsheet. I have the knowledge of using Microsoft outlook 365 and opening my college emails in order to email professors, faculty and staff members or people who work around the offices on the college campus. I am very professional when it comes to formatting an email I always love to start with Dear or To who may it concern and then I love saying Hi this is Prakash, etc. Finally I say thanks, From Student Of Prakash Ashraf when talking to a Professor, I cut Student and Just Say From Prakash Ashraf When talking to faculty or staff or people that work in offices around campus besides the professor. I also have the knowledge of Google Docs. I know Google Docs have the ability to save writings automatically. Google Docs have the same ability to perform as Microsoft Word. I also have customer service skills by working in retail stores for communicating effectively and taking initiatives. I learned Spanish since middle school and developing fluency in college, I am fluent in English and Bengali.
