 15 Year Practical experience in all type of wind turbine technologies With Gear AND Asynchronous Generator +fluid coupling / rotor resistance adjustment/full converter AND Doubly fed Induction Generator .
 8 Years experience in Gear Less turbine with Ring type synchronous generator and full converter , PMG type generator with full converter.
 18 Years practical experience in Power Electronics design A.C Drives,Soft starters , DC drives , Buck and boost convertors , MPPT charge controllers,SMPS power supply , Uninterruptible power Supply , Grid tied full converter system for solar and wind, Air condition converter for Railways operated on batteries , Electric car controller using super capacitors etc. Experience in Power Transister , Thyristor , IGBT and Diode ,Inductor ,Capacitor design for Power Electronics applications. Power factor panel with power factor controller binary switching algorithms .

 15 ++ Year experience in Design and development of Wind turbine and selection of wind turbine sub components and technologies and system integration.

 15++ Years experience in Teaching at various Engineering colleges as Visiting faculty for Industrial Electronics , Power Electronics , Practical Skill Development programs.
 Installation and commissioning : Manufacturing factory setup ( Sahany-Kirkwood Pvt Ltd –Process plant and PowerWind ltd – Wind Turbine Manufacturing, Cut to length project –Godrej ,PUC Foam factory – Durafoam ) including layout ,capacity planning , programming in IEC 61131 PLC languages , installation and commissioning activities and pilot production.
 Technology Transfer from Prototype stage to serial production with documentation such as Work procedures ,Instructions, test protocols ,final acceptance protocols etc.
 5 years experience in Wind farm & Solar farm development : wind resource , land acquisition , sub station and transmission line planning , wind turbine installation and commissioning team and OMS team formation.
 Manuals with checklist and fault finding flowchart preparation for Installation , commissioning and O & M
 15 Years experience in Printed Circuit Board design for microprocessor based boards C167,C517,80C88 etc. and flash memory ,Dual port static RAMS for two controllers on one board ,RTC, Analog and digital control circuits for control and power electronics applications like PLC and SCADA ,AC –DC drives and converters at M/s Wobben Research Centre Aurich ( Enercon GmbH Germany),Crompton Greaves etc.
 C-language and Assembly language programming for Microprocessors for Control and Instrumentation and Power electronics applications using compilers like Keil ,Tasking and RTOS development for application at M/s Wobben Research Centre Aurich

Work Terms

Payement terms : 60 to 85 Dollars per Hour depending up on work.
