I am a qualified attorney having extensive experience in commercial contracting and corporate legal advisory. I have handled varieties of contracts, starting from simple NDAs to complex MSAs, Software Licensing, Services, Managed Services, Software Escrows, product sale and supply, Partnership, teaming, joint venture, value added reseller agreements, for multinational organizations across the geographies, predominantly for US, UK, Middle East, Nordics, APAC and African countries. I also have hands on experience in advising contract risks and mitigation measures, data privacy, contractual dispute resolution etc..
