From the concept to delivery, PCS handholds the client team for the generation of robust and workable systems. When we bid on any project, we try to reach as closest as possible to the actual scope of work. Most of time, our clients do not have a clear idea of the requirement which is cleared by our Client Relationship team. On getting the clear idea of scope, we develop a Statement of Work(SOW) document which is shared with the client.
On successful NDA agreement and finalisation of the SOW document, milestones are defined which will guide the project to the finish line and deployment state. As the milestones are agreed, the internal management team starts on the project planning and marking the project team. As soon as the contract is signed, client is given access to our online project management system and also given access to the project manager who will be one point of contact for the whole project.
