Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation

Standard Hours: Available 9 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
After-Hours & Weekends: Requests outside these hours may incur additional charges and require advance notice.

2. Payment Terms

Hourly Work: Invoices are issued or bi-weekly, with payment due within 3 days.
Payment Methods: Accepted methods include Paypal. Please cover any transaction fees.
Late Payments: If payment is not received within 6 days, Work may be paused until payments are up to date.

3. Preferred Communication

Channels: Primary communication via telegram ensures everything is documented.
Response Time: I typically reply within 3 hours during standard hours. For urgent issues, please use telegram.
Meetings: Available for scheduled calls during standard hours, with at least 3 hours’ notice. Preferred platform: Zoom

4. Revisions and Feedback

Revisions: The project includes 2 revision rounds at no extra cost. Additional revisions will be billed hourly.
Feedback: Please provide feedback within 4 days of receiving deliverables to keep the project on track.

Engaging my services indicates agreement with these terms. For any adjustments or questions, please discuss them before starting the project.
