I am a construction project manager having post graduation in Advanced Construction Management. I am well versed with tenders and contracts apart from project scheduling and monitoring

My name is Prashant Saraf, and I’m a Construction Project management and cost consultant. I have Post graduate certificate in Advanced Construction Management. My job is to help client prepare tenders and contracts for construction projects and also helping the client manage the project in the budget. My responsibility also includes preparation of project schedule and monitor the project for completion in time. I am very good at using MS word, MS Excel, MS Project.

Work Terms

I can work part time for 10 hrs per week and depending on the type of project, I can adjust my weekly hours. My payment should be weekly of fortnightly depending on clients requirement.
