Work Terms

2. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide all necessary footage, music, graphics, and other materials in a timely manner and in the format specified.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for the use of copyrighted materials.
Clients are encouraged to provide clear and detailed instructions and feedback throughout the editing process.
3. Delivery and Turnaround Time:

The estimated delivery time will be clearly stated in the proposal or contract and confirmed upon project acceptance.
Delays due to client-provided materials, approval requirements, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
4. Payment:

Payment terms, including payment schedule and method (e.g., milestone payments, final payment upon delivery), will be outlined in the proposal or contract.
Late payment fees may be applied, as defined in the contract.
5. Revisions and Cancellations:

The number of revisions included will be specified in the proposal or contract. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation policies, including notice periods and potential cancellation fees, will be defined in the contract.
6. Intellectual Property:

Clients retain ownership of their original footage and any licensed materials they provide.
You retain ownership of any original creative work created during the editing process, unless otherwise agreed upon (e.g., buyout of rights).
