Duties involved customer care, appointments scheduling, keeping patient database, solving software issues with teamviewer, billing, insurance claims handling, official correspondence, day to day office administration etc. Familiar with HR activities - screening resumes, assisting in interviews, preparing salary statements, keeping track of staff leave and other issues. Keeping doctors' professional accounts and tax deductions.
Can work with minimal supervision and have an eye for details. Enjoy acquiring new skill sets.
Work Terms
