I have more than 20 years' working experience in the administrative sector. Currently working as a freelance administrative assistant.

Have worked as personal assistant to partner in charge of Deloitte & Touche, Abu Dhabi from Dec. 1988 to Oct. 1999. Have worked as practice coordinator with Dr Rajkrishnan's Dental Clinic, Kochi, Kerala from April 2005 to March 2015 (http://www.rajkrishnan.com/Smilespecialist_detail.aspx?spcid=21).

Have good communication and coordination skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), data entry, web search, Linkedin search, website updation, and e:mail handling. Used to meeting deadlines and performing under pressure. Duties involved customer care, appointments scheduling, keeping patient database, solving software issues with teamviewer, billing, insurance claims handling, official correspondence, day to day office administration etc. Familiar with HR activities - screening resumes, assisting in interviews, preparing salary statements, keeping track of staff leave and other issues. Keeping doctors' professional accounts and tax deductions.

Can work with minimal supervision and have an eye for details. Enjoy acquiring new skill sets.

Work Terms

Can spend a few hours daily. Payment by bank transfer (Paypal). Communications by e:mail, skype or phone.
