• Experience with Virtualization technologies like Installing, Configuring, and Administering VMware ESX/ESXi and Hyper-V. Created and managed VMs (Virtual Server) and involved in the maintenance of Virtual Servers.
• Good Knowledge in Identity and Access Management.
• Good Knowledge in VBS and PowerShell Scripting.
• Knowledge in Monitoring Tools like Nagios and Zenoss etc.
• Have Experience on Communication Tools like Microsoft Communicator, Skype for Business, Lync2010/ lync2013…
• Experience in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, IBM Notes, Qmail and Zimbra.
• Experience in Cloud computing using AWS and Azure.
• Experience with x86 / x64 Intel, HP ProLiant, IBM & Dell hardware like Blade Servers, rack-mounted Servers, Tower Servers, Desktop, Laptop and other peripherals.
• Performed configuration, deployment and support of cloud services including Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Worked as an administrator for helpdesk Tools like ME Service Desk, Fresh Service Desk etc.
• Outstanding skills in supporting users over phone as well as using Remote Support Tools such as VNC, Windows Remote Desktop, WebEx etc.
• Experience in PowerShell script such as Login script, AD user Creation etc.
