Work Terms

Payment terms: I require a 50% deposit before starting work on a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Turnaround time: My turnaround time will depend on the length and complexity of the project, but I will provide an estimated delivery date before starting work.

Revision policy: I will provide one round of revisions at no additional cost, but any additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee.

Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality in translation work, and I will not share or disclose any confidential information obtained through my work without the client's explicit consent.

Language pairs: I am proficient in translating from language X to language Y, and I will only accept projects that fall within my language expertise.

File format: I can work with a variety of file formats, including Microsoft Word, PDF, and InDesign, but I request that the client provide clear instructions on the desired file format for the final delivery.

Cancellation policy: If a client cancels a project before completion, I will retain the deposit and bill the client for any work completed up to that point.
