From an early age, I developed a passion for organization, efficiency, and helping others find success in their ventures. This passion grew as I gained hands-on experience working in various professional settings—first as an administrative assistant to a school’s Vice Principal, and later as legal support to a senior associate in a real estate firm. These experiences sharpened my attention to detail, honed my communication skills, and taught me how to manage tasks effectively, no matter the pressure.

Today, as a Virtual Administrative Specialist, I bring that same dedication to helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives optimize their time and resources. I’m not just about ticking tasks off a to-do list—I’m about providing solutions that drive results. In the real estate world, I pivoted from administrative support to the marketing team, later becoming a real estate advisor. My journey didn’t stop there. I decided to expand my horizons and train in AI Career Essentials, which has enhanced my ability to integrate modern technology and tools into the services I offer as a Virtual Assistant. Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I understand the importance of flexibility, especially when working with clients in different time zones. My general hours of availability are:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (WAT)
Sunday: Closed (available for urgent tasks by prior arrangement)
If you require support outside these hours, feel free to get in touch, and we can discuss options for extended availability.

Payment Terms:
As someone with a wealth of professional experience, I believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to payments. Here’s how I operate:

Hourly Rate: To be discussed based on the scope of work.
Invoicing: I issue invoices on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the project length and client preferences.
Payment Methods: I accept payments through secure payment system.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. For longer-term projects, a milestone-based payment schedule can be arranged.
Preferred Communication Style:
Clear and open communication is key to success. I am adaptable and can use whichever platform you’re most comfortable with, including:

Google workspace: Best for regular updates, document sharing, and non-urgent tasks.
Messaging Apps (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp): Great for real-time communication and quick check-ins.
Video Calls (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet): Preferred for weekly updates, detailed discussions, or project kick-offs.

I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days and to urgent requests as promptly as possible. If you have a preferred communication method or frequency, I’m happy to accommodate.
