Senior Associate, Cushman and Wakefield India Pvt. Ltd. Consulting, April 2012 till May 2015
As a Senior Associate at Consulting Services division in Cushman & Wakefield, I was responsible for business delivery and execution of assignments, along with fostering business development and client relationships. Besides, reporting, integrating and coordinating of consulting assignment for both Development and Strategic Consulting. My area of work responsibility included macro and micro-economic aspects of real estate development, financial planning and analysis, market research, project conceptualisation, strategic planning for a varied range of business situations.
As a member of Consulting Division, we dealt with Residential, Retail, Commercial, education and Industrial Properties focusing on assignments relating to best use studies, market research, location studies, technical valuations and feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities included:
- Strategize, plan and execute project activities concurrent with the Client objective and delivery timelines through following activities:
- Conducting comprehensive research through primary and secondary resources to ensure detailed market understanding
- Site assessment - SWOT Analysis and Site Suitability Assessment for the project
- Spreadsheet modeling to assess the Demand Supply Scenario in the micro market/ at regional level
- Undertaking Gap Analysis towards assessing suitability of the project
- Catchment delineation and analysis
- Financial Assessment and determination of Project Returns
- Be the point person to liaise with clients including developers, investors and financial institutions

Work Terms

6 hours from Monday to Friday.
Preferred mode of payment online bank transfer.
