Work Timeline :

Most of all of our agreement when we start on a project will be divided into 5 (five) steps.

1. Concept
2. Concept Agreement/approval
3. Actual Visualization
4. Final visualization approval
5. Finished Project / End Result

Client Satisfaction Guarantee :

If you don’t like any of my initial samples, I’ll keep trying. Usually with enough feedback, we’ll figure out what works for you. But if you aren’t confident about where we’re headed and you want to try someone else, you can have all your money back. It’s just that easy.

My personal guarantee (of possible refund) work on each steps of the work timeline, that means you can always back out if you feel unsatisfied in one of five steps above. Therefore, the agreement/guarantee will not work after the project is finalized (step 5), as the design/work will be owned by the employer.
