My name is Prince, I'm a professional customer service specialist graduated in Electrical Engineering, I've been a Customer Support Representative for almost 4 years. I handled Phone, Email and Chat support.

I have worked on different helpdesk programs like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira/Atlassian along with different CRMs. I've also worked on Slack, Hipchat and different Team-integration tools
