Hey there! I am Princess, 22 years old, your Customer Service Associate. After gaining years in college, I went directly hunted for a job in which I landed first as a data technician. Such a tiring and demanding job where I worked for Ancestry.com & PostNL (Netherlands). After my contract ended, I then worked as a CSR for a floral account part time only where I had experience communicating and building rapport with customers. Currently I am working for a healthcare insurance in USA and able to provide best assistance to healthcare providers. Aside from being so workaholic, I spend my spare times reading ang writing poetries and short stories. I am an experienced individual in terms of news writing, editorial writing and feature writing. I am also a professional Adobe Photoshop editor. I got my special training in Photoshop years ago and even got certified by Alison.com for that course.
