I took Bachelor's Degree on Computer Engineering (Under-Graduate) and Associate in Information Technology from Datamex Institute of Computer Technology (Graduated). I have been working as Account Executive for 1 year and 6 months, Finance Assistant for 6 months and Legal Staff for almost 2 years.

- FINANCE ASSISTANT

• Monitor our customers’ accounts by maintaining spreadsheets and files and tracking the status of invoices
• Generate final invoices according to our accounting system
• Must ensure all invoices are correct before forwarding them to customers.
• Respond to customer concerns relating to billing via email and phone calls
• Update customers’ files by making changes such as to their contact information to their master files.

- LEGAL STAFF

• Assists in the Notarization of all Legal Documents
• Prepares Affidavits, Special Power of Attorney, Deed of Sale, and all other Legal Documents
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Identify and attend to client needs and concerns.
• Accomplish and submit accurate Notarial reports on time.
• Perform other duties to be assigned.

- ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Answer inquiries thru email.
• Use resources to sell our Product in an effective manner.
• Monitor and record sales in our system and in Sales Invoice.
• Review requisitions for payment by checking the accuracy of all invoices as well as verifying all adequate supporting documentation is attached approved by authorized personnel.
• Ensure that all invoices identified as priority for payment are paid on a timely consistent basis.
• Composes, edits, reports, brochures plus other documents.
• Researches, compiles, and also organizes data for projects as well as reports.
• Endorse & prepare daily cash deposits complete cash control sheet daily. Follow established procedures for processing cash.
• Locate notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or sms.

Work Terms

I can work 40-50 hours per week.
