a person who's dedicated to her work

Recently I undergo training for English language proficiency for 100hrs and also Customer Center Service NCII for 144hrs at Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center within this year and after completing the training I experienced to work being an outbound agent at Aimedia but I decided to work at home so that I can take care of my kids while working. I consider my self first as a hardworking person because I am very dedicated to my work, i always give my all when I am assign to a certain task . second I am a flexible person because every time I encounter difficult situation I always find a better solution to resolve the problem . like for example on my previous job at Aimedia I have this client that really want to upgrade his health insurance but she doesn't know how and I was not familiar with his health insurance so what i did was I transfer him to our specialist for him to be advice on what to do then after that he choose to transfer in our health Insurance and he was grateful for that. and lastly I can also work with under less supervision because I consider my self as a fast leaner.
