I started working as production supervisor. I worked in product field for 3 years, but I was not much satisfied, so I changed my line to BPO. I started working in domestic BPO for a year. I needed more challenging work, so I opted for International BPO. I worked as sales, and customer service Representative. After I got excellent in my work, I applied for Internal job posting within same organisation as Quality Analyst to grow my self. I learnt quality control, and improvement skills. I learnt artificial intelligence in Tethr, scripting, auditing. I learnt excel in detail, and learning more.
