Work Terms
1. Communication
- Preferred platforms: platform chat, email, Zoom.
- Provide regular updates during the ongoing project.
- Response time: Within 24 hours on business days.
2. Project Scope
- It will be clearly defined what work is to be undertaken and agreed upon before beginning the work.
- Apart from what was agreed on initially, anything extra may require an extra discussion and an extra charge besides.
3. Terms of Payment
- All payments are made through freelancing to guarantee security and transparency.
- For hourly projects:
- Invoices will be submitted weekly/bi-weekly as per the guidelines of the platform.
4. Revisions
- The project includes 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at an hourly rate of 10$ hour or as per a new agreement.
5. Deadlines
- Deadlines to be mutually agreed upon prior to commencement of the project.
- Timely communication from both parties is required to meet deadlines.
6. Confidentiality
- All shared information and materials will remain strictly confidential and used solely for the project.
- I will sign an NDA if required.
7. Client Responsibilities
- To provide in good time, information, feedback, and materials that may be needed for the good conduct of the work.
- Indicate what is expected of each other and what is aimed at in the end.
8. Delivery of Project
