- As Engagement manager for one of the Big Four tech giant, led multiple engagements across geographies covering all aspects – analytics consulting, project delivery, team setup and growth,business reviews, account management etc. Experienced in leading large teams of 30+ analysts.
- Hands on experience of developing advanced analytics/machine learning models and communicating to technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Lead several POCs in areas of Big data and advanced analytics using structured/unstructured data
- Also participated in pre-sales, RFP and RFI solutioning
- In depth experience in customer analytics areas like segmentation and targeting, response modeling, churn analysis, campaign tracking and P&L forecasting , credit card risk analytics, retail banking analytics
