Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

I am available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM IST. For urgent matters, I can be reached outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:
- Payment milestones will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.
- I prefer payments to be made through Guru's secure payment system.
- An initial deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required before starting the work.
- Remaining payments can be made based on agreed milestones or upon project completion.
- For ongoing projects, invoices will be issued bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the project scope and duration.

Preferred Communication Style:
- I believe in maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure project success.
- Preferred communication channels include Guru messaging system
- Regular update meetings will be scheduled to discuss project progress, address any concerns, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- I am open to additional communication tools as per the client's preference.

Project Collaboration:
I use project management tools such as Trello, Asana, and JIRA to track progress and manage tasks efficiently.
All project documents and deliverables will be shared via Google Drive or Dropbox.
I value client feedback and will make necessary revisions to meet project requirements and ensure satisfaction.

- I ensure complete confidentiality and non-disclosure of client information.
- All work will be original and tailored to meet the client’s specific needs.
