Work Terms

Project Scope: I offer proofreading services for various types of documents, including but not limited to academic papers, business documents, blog posts, website content, and creative writing. The scope of each project will be clearly defined prior to starting. If additional work beyond the agreed-upon scope is requested, I will discuss adjustments to the project timeline and fee.

Pricing: My pricing is competitive and depends on the nature and length of the project. Rates are generally based on either an hourly fee or per word/page, depending on the client’s preference. I provide a custom quote based on your project requirements. Any changes to the initial quote will be communicated and agreed upon before starting.

Payment Terms: I prefer to work on a milestone basis, with 50% of the agreed payment upfront and the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. For long-term projects, I may request payment at regular intervals. Payments are due within 7 days of completion and must be made through the Guru platform for security.

Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final result. Any additional revisions may be subject to an extra charge, which will be discussed before proceeding.

Timeline: The turnaround time depends on the length and complexity of the document. I will provide an estimated delivery date upon receiving the project. For urgent projects, rush fees may apply for expedited delivery.

Confidentiality: I respect the privacy and confidentiality of my clients’ work. Any documents shared with me will not be distributed or shared with third parties without your explicit permission.

Communication: Communication will primarily take place via the Guru platform. I will respond to messages within 24 hours on weekdays. For urgent matters, please feel free to reach me directly.
