Passionate Project Manager with International experience working on small and large projects.
I started out my career as a Project Assistant in a Korean Telecommunications Corporation ("KT", the largest South Korean telecommunications company) where I was translating stakeholder emails and managing project documentation, I took minutes of meeting and helped with accounting. But I learned fast and was eager to learn more. Quickly I gained the trust of the management who soon-after became my peers. Two years passed and I was a Project Leader on the biggest EU-funded telecommunications project in Europe with the scope to design and construct 3,650 km of next generation fiber optic network with budget of over EUR 100 million. I was managing the subcontractors, project and branch office finances, financial settlements and provided general support in the supervision of the project and its management processes. I became a member of the steering committee as well as represented KT in front of our partners, the Ordering Party, the Mazovian Marshal's Office and the Mazovian Unit for Implementation of EU Programmes.
After completing the aforementioned project I moved to Vancouver, Canada where I became a Project Coordinator working on electric infrastructure projects. In addition to project management and support, I was in charge of project start up-contracts, insurance, purchase orders, change orders, contract extras, project reports as well as Contract and Service Billing, Account Receivable duties (including project reconciliation of all accounts).
Currently I am on prolonged holidays in Asia, however due to ample amounts of spare time I would love to help with works that could make use of my skills.
