I was born in Russia, grew up in Ukraine, and now works again in Russia, I was two high degrees with honors. I started my career as programmer. Already at this moment I have a good experience of team management, recruitment, search orders and clients. I aspire to be always in the trend and keep up with new trends. My hobie is cars and them tuning. I want always to be a professional in my professional field and aspire to that. I is easy to learn of new, can rally the team to work together effectively. Always I work on the result and its quality, not quantity!
Work Terms
I love working with payment of work by Sprint using the methodology SCRUM. Communication can be both correspondence and conversations via skype. Before all work I always quadrate specification and terms of reference and I consider it an integral part of any job. I work always with bug tracking systems and version control systems. Always spend refactoring my code using pattern of development, I strive to maintain the high quality of my code, even for small projects. I prefer to work with automated testing system integrated into projects. I spend optimization applications and suggest innovation ways to develop projects all of my customers.
