Work Terms
Availability: Flexible hours, open for short-term and long-term projects.
Communication: Regular updates and clear communication via Guru messaging, email, or preferred channels.
Payment: Milestone-based payments in accordance with Guru's policies. Initial deposit required.
Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions included; additional revisions billed at an hourly rate.
Confidentiality: All project details will be kept confidential.
Ownership: Full rights to the completed project will be transferred upon final payment.
Support: 30-day warranty period for bug fixes and minor adjustments after project completion. Ongoing support available under separate agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate with 14 days’ notice. Payment required for work completed up to the termination date.
