I am an editor that will NOT change your tone or style of writing; I will examine your work for grammar, punctuation, spelling, word choices, and continuity. I will also look for run-on sentences and excessive use of the passive voice.

With over 25 years of writing, editing, and proofreading experience, I am a seasoned pro that will deliver accurate and timely results.

My background includes fiction, nonfiction, magazine articles, press releases, case studies, web sites, ad copy, white papers, technology and software manuals, and business and training manuals.

I'm always just a phone call away and my work is never done until you are satisfied!

Work Terms

How I Work
I do a "Cold Read" of the entire document before I start the actual editing process. I then edit the document, let it sit for a while, and then edit it again.

Availability: I'm available from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. However, I'm always available if you have an emergency - such as the boss wants a report first thing in the morning (Don't you just hate when that happens?).

Free Sample: For any document over 20 pages long, I will provide a 3-page sample edit for your review before you accept my bid. The entire document must be sent (sometimes there is something in the other pages that will affect the edit of the first 3 pages).

Communication: I am available via phone, MSN IM, or e-mail.

Payment/Invoicing: Invoices are sent out on the 15th and 30th of each month. Payment is through SafePay Invoicing. Payment terms are net 15. Preferable means of payment are Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer. However, Credit Card and PayPal are accepted.
