In my previous stints, I have worked for two major corporates; Electronic Arts (EA) & Genpact India.
In Electronic Arts; I was working as "In Game Technical Executive".
I used to handle players of the most common computer games like FIFA and Madden with their technical troubles and In game support.
In Genpact India; I was working as Customer Experience Associate for a renowed Australian Client. This comprised of handling complex customer queries and realtime support on digital transactions.
Work Terms
I prefer to work 6 hours a day, weekends as leaves, and willing to get paid on hourly basis
