Director, Co-Founder, Mentor, ex-CEO

Punit is the Co-Founder and Director of Helper4U.in, a tech platform start-up which enables hiring of unorganized workers by households and businesses.

Prior to this, Punit was the CEO of Nelito Systems for 7.5 years, a Tata Group, 1200 people software products company, focusing on banking and finance.

He earlier headed a business division at Datamatics Global Services, and Sales & Marketing at Newgen Software. He was also a member of NASSCOM’s Product Council and Domestic Council during 2017-20.

Punit got his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, and MBA from IIM Bangalore. He is an avid tennis player, trekker and half-marathoner.

During his 32 year career, Punit has numerous achievements to his credit. He grew companies, people, teams. The expertise gained thus enables him to give back many things to industry and society - building and marketing software products, digital transformation consulting, growing a start-up, mentoring founders, coaching people, advise sales & marketing for growth, leading large teams, building company strategy, and so on.
